To claim warranty service, please provide the original invoice along with the MamaApp Warranty Certificate issued at the time of purchase.

✅ Regular Warranty Coverage

• Applies to products specifically mentioned in the Warranty Certificate.

• Covers manufacturing defects only.

• The warranty period is clearly stated on the certificate provided with the product.

❌ Warranty Exclusions

• Items purchased under promotional offers or clearance sales are not eligible for return or exchange.

• This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, improper storage, or operation beyond intended use.

  • Normal wear and tear of parts, scratches, rust, or aging from regular use.

  • Use of unauthorized accessories or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

  • Damage from accidents, exposure to unsuitable environments, or improper maintenance.

  • Products that have been repaired, dismantled, or modified by unauthorized personnel.

  • Consumable parts or fabric components (e.g. seat covers, cushions, pads) that naturally wear over time.
