Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order. During this period, you may contact our customer service team for returns, exchanges, or refunds for items that meet our criteria.

Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange an item, we will arrange for pickup within 3 working days. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement within 3 working days.

Refunds: For returns, simply contact customer service, and we will schedule a pickup within 3 working days. After inspection and quality checks, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will arrange for a return or replacement, at no extra cost, within 3 working days.

Delivery Fee Adjustment on Returns

Orders above AED 250 are eligible for free delivery.

If an item is returned and the original order value drops below AED 250, an AED 20 delivery charge will be deducted from the refund to cover delivery costs.
