Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order. During this period, you may contact our customer service team for returns, exchanges, or refunds for items that meet our criteria.

  • Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange an item, we will arrange for pickup within 3 working days. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement within 3 working days.

  • Refunds: For returns, simply contact customer service, and we will schedule a pickup within 3 working days. After inspection and quality checks, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will arrange for a return or replacement, at no extra cost, within 3 working days.

You can cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your goods without providing a reason. To cancel, please contact us via:

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • The item was purchased within the last 7 days.

  • The item is new, unused, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Items that deteriorate quickly or are expired.

  • Unsealed items for hygiene or health protection reasons.

  • Items that have been mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated.

  • Items purchased during a promotional period, including those with promo codes.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges for Size, Color, or Product Preferences:
For exchanges due to size, color, or preference, contact our customer service. We will process the exchange and ship the replacement item within 3 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Delivery Fee Adjustment on Returns

  • Orders above AED 250 are eligible for free delivery.

  • If an item is returned and the original order value drops below AED 250, an AED 20 delivery charge will be deducted from the refund to cover delivery costs.
